01. How do I book a ride ?

02.What are the payment methods ?

We accept Cash, PayPal, Payooner and much more.

03. Where will be the driver waiting ?

If you are arriving in Terminal 2 then the driver will be waiting outside gate 7, If you are arriving in Terminal 3 then he will be waiting outside Gate 4 and If you arriving in Terminal 1 then he will be waiting right outside the gate holding a name sign.

If you can’t locate your driver, kindly call our 24/7 phone number.

04.What is the cancellation policy ?

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before the time of your pickup.

05. I haven’t received any confirmation email, Is that normal?

All booking confirmation emails are sent immediately after booking, If you haven’t received it then please check your spam/junk and If you still cannot locate it then kindly contact us.

06. Are the published prices per person or per car ?

All the prices are final and are per-car

07. When is the latest I can book a cab?

We accept bookings up to 4 hours prior to journey time.

07. My flight is delayed what should I do?

No need to worry, our drivers track all the flights and In-case of any delays we will be responsible of waiting you free of charge.

08. What is the maximum waiting time ?

The maximum waiting time is 60 minutes for International Arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic arrivals. Additional costs may be added In-case of any delay.

09.Are we able to book a transfer with multiple drop offs?

Yes, you can book a transfer with multiple drop-offs but you need to contact us to give you the price.

10. I want to change my drop-off or pickup location, how can I change it?

You can change your pick up or drop off destination by contacting us via Phone, WhatsApp or email.

11. Do you provide child seats?

Yes we do provide child-seats upon request for extra charge (must be requested at least 24h before journey date)

12. Do you provide tours, excursions and large itinerary bookings?

Yes we provide all kind of Tours, Excursions and also Group Itineraries just contact us to assist you.

13. Do I have to tip the driver?

Our prices doesn’t include tip and It’s customary to give a tip If you feel that the service was good enough, however, you don’t have to.
